Color information
Luminescent Blue that glows in the dark in turquoise blue, to glow in the dark it needs to absorb light first, and the place must be quite dark. It can be placed next to a lamp and after turning off the light, you will be able to observe the event! The intensity of the luminescence depends on the base color.
This dye is not recommended to be in contact with food.Filament Features
- Flexible TPU 98A
- Strong
- UV resistant
Flexible TPU type:
Printing temperature: 210-220Cº (220ºC recommended)
Table temperature: 0º to 60ºC
Deformation temperature: 138ºC
Speed: <= 75 mm/s between 30 to 40 mm/s
It
can be used on a cold glass table and lacquer or baton glue, depending
on the size and shape of the object. This material adheres well to the
table.
The 95A settings works well for the 98A TPU.
The material can print at 75mm/s if you consider the following tips with green and blue hotend options:
Extruders
must have springs to help press the filament close to the toothed gear,
although the drawing does not show it. The recommended extruders are
Green and Blue. Red ones are not recommended, although some people can
still print with TPU.
In some cases of humid storage locations,
it may be necessary to dehydrate the filament for +/- 8 hours in a fruit
dehydrator at 65ºC.
!Attention Users with PEI surfaces!
Before
you start printing with Flex on a PEI surface, clean the nozzle of
previous material - preheat the nozzle and load PLA to remove any other
material. When loading the Flex, loosen the extruder screws. Keep in
mind that when printing with Flex, the automatic filament switching
function may not work correctly.
Nozzle temperature: 230°C
Bed temperature: 25 - 60°C (the higher the object the higher the temperature should be)
PEI
Surface Preparation: Make sure the surface is clean. Some flexible
materials can fuse to the PEI film and require the use of Stic or Baton
glue as a separator to prevent damage to the PEI film.
