- The entities that manufacture the printers must provide after-sales assistance, an 18-month warranty and respective maintenance in the event of a breakdown.
If these issues are not met, the sale of the printer on our part becomes unfeasible.
- The values quoted on this website include 23% VAT for advance payments through the website with order ID from this website. If payments are made via pro-forma invoice upon presentation of an order note, prices may not be the same as those quoted on this website.
- We do not provide a warranty for internal electronic components sold separately or in KITs that are assembled by the customer. If these components are assembled in a RepRap.com.br store where labor costs will be added, a 2-year warranty will apply.
- When purchasing printers, after-sales support and warranty is always provided in the physical store and not at the customer's address. It is possible, however, alternatively to provide services via remote contact using new technologies such as file sharing via email, Whatsapp or another method of communication, but interventions made by the customer may invalidate the guarantee.
- We do not collect printers at the customer's address. All after-sales support is provided remotely or in-store.
- We do not collect printers from the customer's address or send them by courier after they have been assembled, calibrated and repaired, all after-sales support is provided remotely or in-store. All transport between the store and the customer is the responsibility of the customer. We do not recommend shipping by courier after assembly, calibration and/or repair.
- Printers are guaranteed against manufacturing defects corresponding to 24 months and before that period 2000 hours of accumulated printing, limited to the use and condition to which it was subjected.
- The warranty is invalidated if you use other materials that are not sold by REPRAP.PT or that are not in the catalog of materials and colors sold on the website.
- In the case of defects caused by wear, misuse, technical intervention by unqualified and unauthorized labor, or incorrect assembly, the warranty is also invalidated, but we can always make the maintenance and repair in store with a prior quote.
