The Revo Six Hotend is an upgrade for printers that use a V6 hotend, giving you all the benefits of the Revo "Rapid Change" system in an easy-to-use kit.
It is compatible with the Prusa MK3, MK3S, and MK3S+, or other printers that use a V6 mount and 24V heater cartridge.
Without the need to alter the mounting system, the Revo Six is an excellent choice for upgrading an old V6 to the latest generation of E3D technology. It has the same height, diameter, and mounting groove as a V6, making it a direct swap and ready to print!
The ease of nozzle swapping is a very good and innovative aspect: there is no need to use complex tools or perform hot tightening, as the hotend is designed for the nozzle to be removed manually at room temperature. Each nozzle is factory-sealed, making it much more reliable and easier to use than most hotends available today. NOTE: The Z offset should always be adjusted when changing the nozzle.

Overall, the hotend has better performance due to the reliability of the parts it uses, namely the nozzle and the heating block, which can reach a high temperature much faster than a traditional aluminum block, being much safer due to having a positive temperature coefficient (PTC). This means that in the event of a "thermal runaway," the heating core does not melt at extreme temperatures, reducing the danger in such situations.
