ASA 275 is a professional material, designed for "desktop" 3D
printers. Its composition is specially modified to make the material
more flexible, improve flow, reduce shrinkage and increase adhesion
between layers.
One of the main advantages of the modified
ASA 275
is the simplification of printing parameters. It can be printed almost
as easily as PLA. This allows the production of large models without the
risk of deformation after cooling, but also to obtain higher printing
speeds.
It is a material resistant to UV radiation and other
atmospheric conditions. It can be used for prototyping, functional
products and tools, but also elements that have to withstand climate
changes, or even objects for daily use.

Verify your spool
During
production, every 1 mm of filament is measured continuously in 2 axes
with an accuracy of ± 0.8 µm. To make sure that the measurement result
is reliable, certified laser measuring devices are used. Each spool
receives a sticker with an individual QR code and spool ID. In the final
stage, the collected data is transported to the database, which allows
the final consumer to check online the average diameter, ovality,
standard deviation and production date of each individually manufactured
spool.
